Mark Cathie

Commercial Development Manager

Mark is an experienced professional with extensive knowledge leading sales operations, business strategy, and teams across various industries, including finance, business consulting, broadcasting, human resource, and media. He has a proven record in establishing effective validated strategies aligned with market needs, creating and maintaining strategic relationships with stakeholders across multiple levels, and driving business improvement and change strategies. Mark has also successfully negotiated international supply contracts and fronted media on behalf of various companies in radio, print and television.

Jesh (Jeshurun) Chandra

Managing Director

MBA., PGDipBus., PGDipTheo., BSc., Cert H&S. Cert Competitive Manufacturing

Jesh has over two decades of leadership experience in Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. She has specialised in Quality, H&S, P&C, L&D and operational management (including managing unionised environments) within various sectors such as manufacturing and supply chain (including steel, hazardous substances, pharmaceuticals, FMCG and food). Jesh has also held SLT/ELT roles that provide compliance and support to the Board and Executive teams and is currently a Board Member.

Jesh is also a Compliance Certifier, authorised to issue Certified Handler Certificates for Class 6 chemicals (except agrichemicals, fumigants and VTAs) for the life cycles: disposal, storage, and use. This is as per Regulations 4.1 and 13.9 of the Health and Safety at Work (Hazardous Substances Regulations 2017). Jesh’s Certifier number is TST100255

Jesh enjoys creating best-practice systems and standards customised to business needs. She believes in utilising mentoring and coaching to create sustainable, long-term performance improvement. Jesh’s ultimate goal is to support businesses with unique and customised troubleshooting to foster continuous improvement and move businesses to the next level.


Jo (Jolene) Kant

Health and Safety Consultant

BNurs, BHSc, PGCertHsc in Advanced Nursing, Registered Nurse. GradCertOHSMgt (finishing Nov 2021).

After completing her undergraduate degrees Jo spent seven years working in accident and medical clinics and in a busy Auckland Emergency department. After this Jo entered into Occupational Health Nursing for Civil construction companies and for the last five years went to take up several positions advising large organisations (including Roading, Power, and Water) on different aspects of Occupational Health of their workers. This includes but is not limited to Annual health screening, pre-employment medicals, Medical fitness for work, mental health and wellbeing, drug and alcohol testing and advice, Injury Management, Return to work programmes, Vaccinations, Early Intervention programmes, COVID response in the workplace and much more. Jo is currently the Health and Wellbeing Manager for a medium sized Civil works company based in Auckland.
